22.

I’m 22 but I don’t feel like I am.
The goals I had a year ago are not the same as the ones I have now. But I am spending my birthday day similar to the way I did last summer, studying for the darn mcat.

I am so done with studying for it. I feel so blah about it. I’m not where I want to be.

Slowly my dream of being a doctor is drifting away. Or this mcat is just killin my dreams! Either way I give it to God. He knows best.

After 22 years, I still worry just as much and i always try to plan ahead . But I would have to say this past year is the closest I have been to God.

I am thankful for my family, my friends and especially my boyfriend. I am thankful that I was able to complete a bs in bio in 4 years.
I am grateful for my health as well.

My life is good. Even though I feel lost I know God is creating the path for me to continue on.

At 22 I thought I would be in med school. And by 26 I would be in residency. And by 28 be done with residency and get a job as a fam doctor. And by 29 be married and making babies.

This was a plan. But I give my plans to God…

Luke 1:37 “For with God, nothing shall be impossible.”

here we go…again

B.S. in Biology- COMPLETE!
I graduated in 4 years and i am in love! hehe
Now I just need to get into med school.

Need to re-take the MCAT.
Studying sucks. But I need to do it differently this time around. I need to be more focused and determined.
If it is in God’s plan I will be at AUC in January.

This past year has been hard but I got through it. I can get through this summer successfully too.

Eccl. 9:10- “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the realm of the dead, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom.”
